"Every year, 13 millions hectares of forest disappear" is that plural "millions" a typo?

This was written in the doentary "Home" which appears to be very highly funded... and across the screen it says "Every year, 13 millions hectares of forest disappear" with "13 millions" in bold... is that a typo? Shouldn't it just be "13 million" could such a well-done doentary that appears to be high budget make such a novice mistake?
