Why havnt i gotten my period?

i haven't had my period for 2 years...i use to always be regular and at the time i still was getting my period i was working, i got engaged started stressing out about building our home and all the wedding planning and i never got my period, 2 years later i still don't have it, all the stress has ped, i got married built my home but still don't have my period... after my honeymoon i decided to take the pill it was only for 3 months, i did get my period and i did get it the month after i stopped the pill which was march 2010, ever since then i never got it again until october 2010 and that's when i started to take duramine just to loose a couple of kgs, now its February and i haven't had anything, no symptoms no nothing, im not pregnant i wish i was, ive been to a specialist and they suggest for me to loose a few kgs which i did and i did get it but that was in oct 2010, me n my partner tried for me to fall pregnant but negative... please somebody tell me what to do? im really getting depressed, i want to start a family more then anything in the world... i don't want to take the pill i want it all to be natural!!!!! any help would be great thank you
