What if an Indy 500 champion did not want to drink the winner's milk?

As a person who does not enjoy drinking milk I've always wondered this. Has there been a driver who has refused to drink it or some lactose intolerant fellow who would rather not spend the rest of his day on the toilet? I feel as if the crowd would not be very happy with such a choice.
