Questern about wind direction in Northern/Southern Hemisphere?

Just the Coriolis force is opposite between the two hemispheres. That force acts upon the wind regardless of whether it is blowing north or south. You get the Trade winds that blow westward in the tropics, the mid-latitude westerlies which blow eastward in both hemispheres, then you encounter the weaker and lesser known polar easterlies in the Arctic and Antarctic regions.
