How long would it take for my hair to grow 2 -3 inches if i start using ovation cell therapy & prenatal pill?

i cut my hair about 2 years ago and since then it hasnt grown much at all. Ive been a vegetarian for about a year and a half now and most people say thats why my hair isnt growing. Im not getting the protien i need. Anyways, I just purchased Ovation Cell Therapy today. i plan on using this and prenatal vitamins for the next two months or until school starts up again. Would my hair grow at least 2 to 3 inches? or is it something thats not possible
