What would cancer cells look like if they were created by chlorine? Would they have a distinct DNA marker?

I'm not very familiar with cancer cells and how the anatomy varies by carcinogen. This is a pretty interesting concept though. "hard to find a relation" is right. The only way they could have tested this is to have a couple thousand people avoid chlorine for their entire life, an essential antibacterial.
