How far should your work history go on a resume?

I have about 11 years of work history but I graduated nursing school 2 years ago and have been working as a nurse ever since. I was just wondering if it was ok to only include my nursing history, since my previous jobs aren't really related to health care. Also, my husband's job had us traveling alot back then and I'm afraid it may look bad to have moved around so much. My nursing history, however, is stable. Thanks
