Why delhi govt led by sonya gandhi not working any developing work ? they are busy in political activity?

The govt must be work many project and many many work, project , ground Laval development like roads , bridge, ports etc which was headline at the time of Bajpai govt. . I feel real difference that the present govt is like friezed. like they all are sleeping or wating for next election ?
