What is the best state highway patrol jurisdiction to work for in the southeast U.S?

Between Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, SC, NC, Kentucky, or Mississippi. Please leave e-mail address if you are a trooper, or work with one of these places. I'm mostly looking at Alabama, because they have the highest beginning salary, and most benefits for that salary (according to my research anyway.)
