Can anyone tell me which dance track features a little indian boy with....?

a ghetto blaster and he is just walking through the streets and villages with his radio and then he ends up on a truck with and being driven through the desert, There are a ferw other people on the truck and they are sort of dancing to the music, its a kind of fat boy slim track but i dont think its him as i cant find it anywhere ? xx
